Deine Aufgaben

* Technische Projektleitung von anspruchsvollen, großvolumigen (EPCM) Gesamtprojekten in der Pharma-Branche

* Disziplinare und fachliche Projektleitung für die Abteilung Process Engineering

* Berücksichtigung von Informationen im Projektteam, Sicherstellung der Kommunikation innerhalb d. Projektorganisation, inkl. Linienorganisation und zum Kunden

* Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten und Projektverantwortlichen

* Planungssteuerung, Terminplanung sowie Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle über alle Leistungsphasen hinweg

* Verantwortung über Kosten und Termine im Projekt für den eigenen Fachbereich

* Unterstützung des Gesamtprojektleiters (m/w/d) und Steuerung der Projekte auf technischer Ebene

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten

* Durchführung und Dokumentation von technischen Kundenmeetings und Design Reviews

* Verantwortung der Planung sowie der technischen Ausführung der Anlagen im Rahmen des Projekts

* Einhaltung von Normen, Vorgaben, gültigen Standards, SOP's und Rechtsvorschriften im Rahmen der Projekttätigkeit

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, TU) mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik oder Anlagenbau

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Führungsfunktion von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Anlagenbau

* Erfahrung in der verfahrenstechnischen Planung von Pharmaanlagen von Vorteil (R&I's, Spezifikationen, Funktionsspezifikationen, Inbetriebnahme)

* Entscheidungsfreudige Person mit der Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Konflikte zu lösen und auch in kritischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend in Wort und Schrift

* Gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse

* Selbständiger, strukturierter und qualitätsorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Bereitschaft für Auslandsreisen (projektspezifisch, ca. 30%)
