Wir L&W Fliesen und Naturstein im Süden Wiens, suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen engagierten Technischen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d), der mit Organisationstalent und technischem Verständnis unsere Projekte effizient unterstützt. 1 Technischer Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Vollzeit, 40 Stunden/Woche (Montag - Freitag)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Projektunterstützung: Umfassende Vor- und Nachbereitung von Baustellenprojekten zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe

* Kommunikation: Professionelle Korrespondenz und telefonische Betreuung unserer Auftraggeber

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Bauleitung sowie den Teams vor Ort

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Fachwissen: Fundiertes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise mit Branchenerfahrung im Fliesenlegerhandwerk

* Planungskompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Planunterlagen

* IT-Affinität: Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) und gängigen EDV-Systemen

* Arbeitsweise: Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick zu behalten

* Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher Sprache (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil) sowie eine proaktive, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise im Team
