Wat ga je doen? Als Technical Sales Support Representative sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, Ihren Kunden stets den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Innen- und Außendienst zusammen. In dieser Rolle haben Sie mit sämtlichen Ebenen von Kundenbedürfnissen zu tun: von der Angebotserstellung über die Annahme und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen, das Eingeben von Aufträgen in das ERP-System Oracle bis hin zur Auslieferung des Produkts.

Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und beantworten Kundenanfragen. Sie stehen regelmäßig in internationalem Kontakt mit Kollegen und Kunden in ganz Europa, und die Aufträge sind sehr abwechslungsreich.

Es handelt sich um eine Position mit breiten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Mit wachsender (technischer) Erfahrung und Wissen bearbeiten Sie auch komplexere Aufträge und beraten Ihre Kunden zu den besten technischen Produkten und Lösungen. In den ersten zwei Monaten liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Training und Produktschulung. Ein erfahrener Kollege begleitet und unterstützt Sie während der Einarbeitung.
