Zum sofortigen Eintritt suchen wir: 1 Technischer Support - Service & Ersatzteile (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden in Wiener Neudorf Als Mitarbeiter im technischen Support - Service & Ersatzteile (m/w/d) am Standort 2351 Wiener Neudorf arbeiten Sie bei einem führenden, international tätigen Anbieter von hochwertigen Gabelstaplern, Lagertechnikgeräten, Schleppern und intelligenten Intralogistiklösungen, der maßgefertigte Lösungen für die innerbetriebliche Logistik bietet - von Regalsystemen und Automatisierung über fahrerlose Transportsysteme (FTS) und Lagerverwaltungssoftware bis hin zu Flottenmanagement, Finanzierung, Mietstaplern sowie Wartungs- und Reparaturservices.

Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ sind zur Anreise an den Arbeitsort von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Sie leisten technischen Support für ServicemitarbeiterInnen.

* Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu KundInnen, LieferantInnen und ServicetechnikerInnen.

* Sie erstellen und verfolgen Serviceangebote nach.

* Sie bestellen, wickeln ab und koordinieren Ersatzteile.

* Sie pflegen und verwalten Material- und Stammdaten.

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung sowie technisches Grundverständnis (z. B. Hydraulik, Mechatronik oder Mechanik).

* Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, SAP und gängigen IT-Anwendungen.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus.

* Sie bringen Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz, Flexibilität, Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit mit.

* Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Branche.

Ihre Arbeitszeiten

Vollzeit: Montag bis Donnerstag 07:00-16:00 Uhr, Freitag 07:00-13:00 Uhr.

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 3.200,00 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
