Aktuell suchen wir 1 Technischer Trainer E-Learning & digitale Schulungskonzepte (m/w/d) Maschinenbau/Mechatronik Vollzeit / Frohnleiten

Deine Aufgaben

* Technische Abstimmung & Innovation: Du arbeitest eng mit Expert:innen aus Technik, Versuch, Service und Produktmanagement zusammen, um technische Änderungen, neue Produkte und Innovationen strukturiert aufzunehmen und didaktisch aufzubereiten.

* Erstellung moderner Lernmedien: Du entwickelst zeitgemäße Schulungsunterlagen wie E-Learnings, Onlinekurse, Präsentationen, Videos und Tutorials und stimmst Inhalte kontinuierlich mit dem Trainerteam ab.

* Didaktische Konzeption technischer Inhalte: Du konzipierst verständliche, praxisnahe und zielgruppengerechte Lernkonzepte, mit denen komplexe technische Zusammenhänge einfach vermittelt werden.

* Digitalisierung & KI im Training: Du beobachtest neue Technologien, insbesondere Digitalisierung, KI und innovative Lernmethoden, und integrierst diese aktiv in unsere Schulungs- und Trainingslandschaft.

Dein Profil

* Technische Ausbildung Maschinenbau/Mechatronik: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

* E-Learning & Content Creation: Du bringst praktische Grundkenntnisse in der Bild- und Videobearbeitung mit und setzt diese gezielt zur Erstellung professioneller Lerninhalte ein.

* LMS & Autorentools: Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lernmanagementsystemen (LMS) sowie mit redaktionellen Autorentools wie Articulate und nutzt diese sicher im Arbeitsalltag.

* MS Office & digitale Tools: Du beherrschst die gängigen Office-Anwendungen (z. B. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) sicher und effizient zur Erstellung strukturierter Schulungsunterlagen.

* Englisch & technische Kommunikation: Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Sprachgefühl zur Erstellung klarer, verständlicher und ansprechender technischer Trainingsinhalte.
