Technischer Verkaufsinnendienst (w/m/d)

40h/Woche, ehestmöglicher Eintritt, Standort Allhaming 1 Technischer Verkaufsinnendienst (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen

* Prüfung, Klärung und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen und Aufträge

* Telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Vertriebspartner

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen

* Verantwortungsbewusste Kundenprojektabwicklung

* Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitätsorientierten Auftragsbearbeitung

* Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Vertriebsinnendienst

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt

* Erfahrung im Holz-, Türen- oder Bauelementebereich von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten

* Sie verfügen über die Flexibilität, innerhalb eines Prozesses mit unterschiedlichen Systemen zu arbeiten.

* Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung sowie eine ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung

* Strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und ein hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit

* Offenheit für Neues sowie Lern- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
