Aufgabengebiet

* Nach intensiver Einarbeitungszeit leisten Sie kompetente Betreuung von nationalen als auch internationalen Kunden

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen - von der Annahme und Qualifizierung bis hin zur Angebotslegung und Nachverfolgung der Angebote - liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung

* Sie führen die selbstständige Abwicklung und Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen inkl. der zuverlässigen Einarbeitung von Änderungswünschen durch

* Planung und Kalkulation von Standardprodukten sowie individuellen Kundenlösungen

* Erstellung von Projekt- und Fertigungszeichnungen im AutoCad

* Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Entwicklung, Einkauf, Fertigung, Vertrieb und QS)

Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Fachschule/HTL/HAK)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AutoCad 2D

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

* Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Teamorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
