Ihre Rolle

Diese Position verbindet technische Kompetenz mit Markt- und Projektorientierung. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die qualifizierte Beratung, ein tiefes Systemverständnis sowie die fachliche Vertretung der SHERPA-Verbindungstechnologie gegenüber Kunden und Partnern.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bauwesen, z. B. Holzbau-Meister, Baumeister, HTL, Fachschule oder technisches Studium

* Praxisnahes technisches Verständnis für Verbindungs- und Tragwerkslösungen im konstruktiven Holzbau

* Fähigkeit, standardisierte Verbindungssysteme technisch fundiert zu erklären und projektbezogen zu argumentieren

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher technischer Genauigkeit

* Kommunikationsstärke im fachlichen Austausch mit Planern, Handelspartnern und internen Schnittstellen

* Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen

* Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Anwendungstechnik

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Unser Angebot

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestjahresgehalt von € 40.500,- brutto (auf Vollzeitbasis). Die tatsächliche Vergütung orientiert sich an Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Aufgabenbereich und liegt bei entsprechender Eignung darüber. Ergänzend dazu bieten wir zeitgemäße Rahmenbedingungen, darunter einen Dienstwagen zur Privatnutzung sowie Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
