1 Technischer Vertriebsmanager national/international (m/w/d) Gestalten Sie die Zukunft anspruchsvoller Sonnensegelsysteme mit uns Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung, kreativem Gespür und technischem Verständnis, die als Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung agiert und unsere internationalen Partner kompetent betreut.

Ihre Aufgaben º Kreative Planung und technische Ausarbeitung individueller Sonnensegel-Projekte º Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen º Projektbezogene Abstimmung mit Endkunden B2C und Vertriebspartnern B2B (international, Kommunikation auf Englisch) º Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch technische Beratung und professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Montage º Technische und kaufmännische Betreuung unserer internationalen Fachhandelspartner º Unterstützung unserer Vertriebspartner bei der Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Sonnensegelprojekte º Durchführung von Produktschulungen, technischen Trainings und Präsentationen º Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres internationalen Händlernetzwerks º Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Vertriebspartner und Markterschließungen º Ansprechpartner für technische Fragestellungen sowie komplexe Projektlösungen º Analyse von Marktanforderungen und Kundenbedürfnissen º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Produktion und Einkauf º Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte und Systeme º Einbringen neuer Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Produkte, Prozesse und Services º Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produktlösungen und technischer Innovationen º Teilnahme an internationalen Messen, Händlerevents und Kundenterminen

Ihr Profil / Fachliche Anforderungen º Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement oder Projektmanagement º Geübter Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und CAD-Systemen (2D/3D) vorzugsweise mit AutoCad, Fusion 360, SketchUp º Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Freude an komplexen technischen Zusammenhängen º Erfahrung im Umgang mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten von Vorteil º Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen strukturiert zu analysieren und in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen º Hohe Kundenorientierung und professionelles Auftreten º Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise º Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern º Internationale Reisebereitschaft º Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse º Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift º Stressresistenz
