werken bij Teeltadviseur Vollegrondsgroenten & Akkerbouw Voor onze vestiging in De Mortel zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste Teeltadviseur Vollegrondsgroenten & Akkerbouw (32-40 uur). Ben jij iemand die graag bezig is met de toekomst van de landbouw? Ben jij een teeltadviseur die telers helpt groeien met slimme, duurzame en groene oplossingen? Vlamings is een agrarisch toeleverancier in de breedste zin van het woord. We leggen graag de nadruk op een technisch goed advies voor de teler en hebben dan ook een prima reputatie. We zijn een platte organisatie met een no-nonsense-cultuur waar iedereen elkaar kent. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Steenbergen, De Mortel en Middelbeers beleveren wij boer en tuinder in Zuid-Nederland. Ons productenpakket omvat meststoffen, gewasbescherming, zaai- & pootgoed en overige agrarische bedrijfsartikelen. Functie eisen: Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Je helpt telers in de vollegrondsgroenten en akkerbouw met het nemen van teelttechnische beslissingen door middel van productinformatie en teeltvoorlichting. De verkoop van producten vloeit hieruit voort; - Je onderhoudt zakelijke relaties en bouwt deze verder uit; - Samen met je collega's verzorg je de introductie van nieuwe producten; - Je geeft presentaties en stelt nieuwsbrieven op; - Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie. Profiel: - Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde MAS/HAS- of vergelijkbare opleiding; - Je hebt een ruime teeltkennis van vollegrondsgroenten en/of akkerbouw; - Je hebt een flexibele instelling; - Je beschikt over goede contactuele en commerciële vaardigheden en kan goed luisteren; - Je neemt zelf het initiatief en denkt mee; - Je bent een teamspeler, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken.
