Dan is deze functie als Teeltmanager iets voor jou! Functie Wat ga je doen? Als Teeltmanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het teeltproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de teelt van bloemen en planten en richt je onder andere op klimaatbeheersing, gewasbescherming en bemesting om optimale groeiomstandigheden te creëren. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het aansturen van het teeltteam en weet collega's te motiveren om gezamenlijk de beste resultaten te behalen. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de gewassen en lever je met jouw kennis en expertise een waardevolle bijdrage aan de verdere optimalisatie van het teeltproces. Functie-eisen Wat breng jij mee? - Aantoonbare teeltkennis en passie voor het telen van bloemen en planten. - Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een proactieve en ondernemende instelling. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om processen te beoordelen en te optimaliseren. - Kennis van ziekten, plagen en gewasbeschermingsmiddelen. - Een planmatige werkwijze; je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en deadlines bewaken. - Nieuwsgierigheid, nauwkeurigheid en oog voor kwaliteit.
