The posting

Als teeltmanager ben jij het kloppend hart van onze dagelijkse operaties. Je bent in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijks teelt technische opvolging van de gewassen en de planning van de uit te voeren taken hier omtrent. Je combineert een hands-on-mentaliteit met een sterke organisatorische en communicatieve aanpak. Op termijn neem je de verantwoordelijkheid om enkele medewerkers aan te sturen en zorg je voor een efficiënte en kwaliteitsgerichte werking.

Wij zoeken iemand die zich goed voelt in een familiaal akkerbouwbedrijf en vooral in team mee werkt aan de dagelijkse zorg die nodig is voor de optimalisatie van de teelt. Vooral een sterk communicatief en onderbouwd organisatievermogen stellen u in staat om iedereen mee te krijgen met de noden van het bedrijf. Vermits u met planten, veranderlijke weersomstandigheden en seizoenen werkt is iedere dag of week anders wat maakt dat flexibele werkplanning voor zich spreekt.

Takenpakket

- Teelt technische opvolging: (teeltschema’s) planttijd, oogsttijd, bespuitingen, …

- Plannen en coördineren van dagelijkse activiteiten.

- Analyse en beoordeling van de bodemmonsters en eventueel bijsturen waar nodig

- Opvolgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

- Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van enkele medewerkers.

- Bij afwezigheid van de chauffeur van de zelfrijdende spuitmachine is het handig om deze taak te kunnen overnemen.

- Analyses opmaken i.v.m. aankoop en verkoop met de daarbij gepaard gaande offertes.

- Overleg met boeren in Wallonië m.b.t. prijsafspraken.

- Rapporteren aan het management en meedenken over verbeteringen.

- Projecten in kader van duurzaamheid en rentabiliteit durven aanpakken en opvolgen.

- Je hebt een hands-on-mentaliteit en bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen

te steken. Hetzij om zowel logistiek even in te springen als helpende hand.

- Ervaring in vooral opvolging van teelten in akkerbouw gewassen met een gezonde interesse om hierbij een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol op te nemen.

- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en communiceert vlot.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans is mooi meegenomen.

- Je hebt ondernemerszin om het bedrijf te laten groeien.

- Je hebt ervaring in het besturen van landbouwvoertuigen en of beschikt over een rijbewijs G.

- Ervaring met de heftruck is een pluspunt.
