Vanuit Kraggenburg, in het hart van de Noordoostpolder, verwerken we bijna het hele jaar door verse wortelen van lokale bodem, binnen een straal van slechts 40 kilometer. Onze missie? Eerlijke wortelgewassen jaarrond beschikbaar en toegankelijk maken - van lokale teelt tot verse levering. Dat vraagt om vakmanschap, passie en een groen hart. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Wij leveren eerlijke en gezonde snacks, geteeld met oog voor duurzaamheid en jaarronde beschikbaarheid uit Nederland. Als producent in de versmarkt bedienen wij zowel nationale als internationale klanten en spelen wij flexibel en snel in op hun wensen. In Kraggenburg verwerken wij wortelgewassen in diverse vormen en maten. Ons moderne machinepark staat garant voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid bij het wassen, polijsten, sorteren, snijden, schillen, schrappen en verpakken. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als Teeltmedewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het groeiseizoen. Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt graag buiten en zorgt samen met de teeltleider voor een optimale kwaliteit van onze wortelgewassen. Geen dag is hetzelfde - van veldwerk tot coördinatie. Dit zijn je belangrijkste taken: - Je bewaakt de groei en gezondheid van het gewas en stemt je bevindingen af met de teeltleider; - Je rooit wortelen, houdt materieel schoon en verricht veldwerk zoals monstername; - Je begeleidt uitzendkrachten tijdens piekperiodes en zorgt voor een veilige, nette werkomgeving; - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en past duurzame, innovatieve technieken toe.
