Dit ga je doen Als Teeltmedewerker werk je mee binnen een professionele kwekerij. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de planten op de juiste manier worden verzorgd en op de juiste plek komen te staan. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het overpotten en verzetten van planten; - Het verzorgen en verplaatsen van planten; - Het uitvoeren van verschillende werkzaamheden rondom de teelt; - Het controleren van de kwaliteit van de planten; - Het netjes en georganiseerd houden van je werkplek; - Het samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse werkzaamheden goed te laten verlopen. Je werkt van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur en bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar. Het werk is fysiek, maar niet extreem zwaar. Je bent gedurende de dag lekker actief bezig en werkt veel met planten. Functie eisen Voor deze functie zoeken wij een Teeltmedewerker die zich herkent in het volgende: - Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt een goede werkmentaliteit; - Je vindt het leuk om praktisch bezig te zijn; - Je kunt goed samenwerken in een klein team; - Je bent betrouwbaar en komt gemaakte afspraken na; - Je bent bereid om fysiek werk te verrichten; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal; - Ervaring in de glastuinbouw of met planten is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste; - Je bent op zoek naar een baan voor de lange termijn. Dit bieden we jou - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in dagdienst van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur; - Een salaris tussen €2.600 en €2.800 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Een baan voor de lange termijn; - Een afwisselende functie waarbij je lekker actief bezig bent; - Werken binnen een klein en betrokken team; - Een informele werkomgeving; - Reiskostenvergoeding conform ...
