We zitten in de groei fase, dus je krijgt de ruimte om veel te leren en mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe, professionele teeltomgeving. Ervaring in een kas is een pré; interesse in planten en teelt is een vereiste.Je werkt met verschillende soorten c​annabisplantenJe verzorgt moederplanten, snijdt en controleert stekken, zet planten uit, doet gewasonderhoud en ondersteunt bij de oogstJe houdt je werkplek schoon en werkt volgens vaste hygiëne- en kwaliteitsregelsJe werkt in een betrokken team van teeltmedewerkers en supervisors waar we de lat hoog leggen en samen de teelt steeds beter maken. De werkdag start om 08:00 uur en eindigt om 16:30 uur. Incidenteel wordt er in het weekend gewerkt.
