Teeltspecialist Teeltspecialist (38 uur/fulltime) Bij KBB Holland telen we met passie en oogsten we met trots. Onze moderne glastuinbouwlocatie van ruim 17 hectare in Steenbergen draait om innovatie, duurzaamheid en een gezond product. Jaarlijks produceren we meer dan 12 miljoen kilo trostomaten voor de Europese markt. We werken met een jong team en geloven in ontwikkelen: van onze planten én van onze mensen. Word jij onze nieuwe Teeltspecialist? Heb jij een passie voor plantenteelt en krijg je energie van het optimaliseren van groei, kwaliteit en productie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Als Teeltspecialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, analyseren en verbeteren van onze tomatenteelt. Ben je nog niet volledig ervaren? Dan bieden we je de begeleiding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden om door te groeien. Breng je juist veel kennis mee? Dan krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over strategie, innovaties en verdere optimalisatie van onze teelt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, externe adviseurs en de bedrijfsleiding om iedere dag het maximale uit het gewas te halen. Wat ga je doen? Dagelijks beoordelen van het gewas en signaleren van afwijkingen of kansen voor verbetering. Sturen op klimaat, watergift, voeding en plantbalans. Monitoren en analyseren van teeltgegevens, waterwaarden (EC, pH) en klimaatgegevens. Meedenken over optimalisatie van productie, kwaliteit en rendement. Uitvoeren en coördineren van gewasbescherming, met een sterke focus op biologische bestrijding. Registreren van gewasontwikkeling en vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete acties. Begeleiden en instrueren van collega's op het gebied van gewasverzorging en teeltwerkzaamheden. Meedraaien in de storings- en bereikbaarheidsdiensten.
