Teeltspecialist Maasland Fulltime 36-42 Hbo 08-09-2026 Tuinbouw Functie Als Teeltspecialist ben jij dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van de teelt. Je werkt met moderne installaties en geautomatiseerde systemen, maar bent ook zelf vaak in de kas te vinden; geen dag is hetzelfde! Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzorgen en bewaken van de kwaliteit en planning van de teelt; - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse teeltwerkzaamheden zoals watergift, klimaatregeling, scouten en biologische bestrijding; - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van groeiverstoringen en teeltproblemen; - Beheer van twee proefkassen die we inzetten voor onderzoek naar nieuwe gewassen en duurzaam kweken; - Deelnemen aan een gedeelde storingsdienst. Wij vragen - Een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van tuinbouw of teelt; - Interesse in alles wat groeit en bloeit, klimaat, het nieuwe telen en LED belichting; - Zelfstandig, praktisch en kwaliteitsgericht; - Een positieve instelling en oplossingsgericht vermogen; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
