Teeltspecialist - Begeleider zaadproductie bij Rijk Zwaan Fulltime, Parttime Uren in overleg Overig 15-10-2026 Tuinbouw Functie 20 telers/week bezoeken en begeleiden, kennis overdragen/advies geven: is dat iets voor jou? Kom dan kennismaken, je aanstaande collega teeltspecialisten vertellen je graag over je werkzaamheden als Teeltspecialist - begeleider zaadproductie (vanaf 30 uur). Werken met mensen en planten in de tuinbouwpraktijk, mobiele functie. Wat ga je doen? Stel we worden collega's: dan nemen we je de eerste 3 maanden mee op pad. Je leert zo onze contracttelers met hun bedrijven kennen, waar verschillende gewassen voor zaadproductie geteeld worden. Na de inwerkperiode ga je zelfstandig op pad, je krijgt tot 20 kwekers toegewezen: kwekerijen met substraat en vollegrondskwekerijen. Wekelijks bezoek je 'jouw' kwekers: je controleert de teelt, evalueert gemaakte afspraken en geeft teeltadvies voor de komende week/weken. Naast fysiek bezoeken van de kwekerijen, heb je gedurende de week via telefoon en app contact met 'jouw' telers. Zo zorg je met je telers, voor een hoge kwalitatieve zaadproductie. Verder werk je aan projecten om processen te verbeteren, de efficiency te verhogen en borging van kwaliteit. Wij vragen Profiel - Teeltkennis/ervaring en goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je hebt een open mind, bent nieuwsgierig en hebt een proactieve praktische instelling; - Je denkt vooruit, durft beslissingen te nemen en weet mensen, je telers mee te krijgen; - Je kunt gemakkelijk schakelen, bent bestand tegen de nodige druk en kan hoofd- en bijzaken scheiden. Wij bieden Bedrijf Rijk Zwaan is een internationaal groenteveredelingsbedrijf. In 30 landen werken 3500 medewerkers op allerlei locaties. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in De Lier wordt het bedrijf aangestuurd. Op verschillende locaties in Nederland wordt zaad geproduceerd waar jongplanten uit gekweekt worden.
