Teelttechnisch Medewerker Groentegewassen gezocht in Duffel!

Onze klant is een vooraanstaand glastuinbouwbedrijf met een oppervlakte van 20 ha, gespecialiseerd in de opkweek van groenteplanten voor de professionele tuinder. Verder belevert het bedrijf ook een groot kruidenassortiment en diverse soorten sierteeltplanten aan tuincentra en winkelketens in binnen- en buitenland. Onze klant stelt een 60-tal personen tewerk en gezien de verdere professionalisering en uitbreiding van onze activiteiten, zoeken wij voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding:

Als teelttechnisch medewerker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en verzorgen van de gewassen. Je werkt nauw samen met het teeltteam en zorgt ervoor dat de gewassen optimaal kunnen groeien en kwalitatief geoogst kunnen worden.

Jouw taken

  • Opvolgen van de groei en ontwikkeling van verschillende groentegewassen
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en gezondheid van de planten
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse teeltwerkzaamheden
  • Signaleren van ziekten, plagen en afwijkingen
  • Ondersteunen bij bemesting, gewasbescherming en watergift
  • Meewerken aan het optimaliseren van de teelt
  • Uitvoeren van controles op het veld en/of in de serre
  • Rapporteren van bijzonderheden aan de teeltverantwoordelijke
  • Meewerken aan een efficiënte planning en organisatie van de werkzaamheden

REF: MEC

  • Je hebt ervaring of een opleiding binnen de tuinbouw, landbouw of plantenteelt
  • Je beschikt over een goede teeltkennis van groentegewassen
  • Je hebt inzicht in de groei en verzorging van planten
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag met je handen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent bereid om vroeg te starten
