Als Tegelzetter werk je voornamelijk binnen service-, onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat badkamers, keukens, toiletten en andere ruimtes vakkundig worden afgewerkt. Je werkt veel bij bewoners thuis en hebt daardoor niet alleen oog voor het eindresultaat, maar ook voor een nette en klantgerichte uitvoering. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Tegelwerk uitvoeren in badkamers, keukens, toiletten en andere ruimtes. - Voorbereiden van ondergronden voor tegelwerk. - Tegels op maat maken en nauwkeurig verwerken. - Wand- en vloertegels professioneel plaatsen en afwerken. - Controleren van maatvoering, vlakheid en kwaliteit. - Uitvoeren van herstel- en renovatiewerkzaamheden. - Signaleren van technische of bouwkundige bijzonderheden. - Zorgvuldig omgaan met woningen, materialen en eigendommen van bewoners. - Netjes en veilig werken tijdens de uitvoering. - Bewoners vriendelijk te woord staan en uitleg geven over de werkzaamheden. - Zelfstandig werkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens planning en gemaakte afspraken. - Afstemmen met collega's en andere vakdisciplines wanneer dat nodig is.
