Je bent niet zomaar aan het tekenen; je ontwerpt hoe iets daadwerkelijk gebouwd gaat worden. Je verdiept je volledig in een gebouw of object en analyseert wat er nodig is om het werk veilig en uitvoerbaar te maken. Op basis daarvan ontwerp je tijdelijke constructies zoals ondersteuningen, steigers en bekistingen. Je schakelt continu met constructeurs over berekeningen en vertaalt dit naar duidelijke, maakbare tekeningen. Je bewaakt daarnaast je eigen projecten: je houdt grip op planning, voortgang en budget en stemt dagelijks af met collega's. Zie je dat iets niet klopt of niet haalbaar is? Dan trek je aan de bel. In deze rol wordt verwacht dat je eigenaarschap neemt over je werk. Taken - Analyseren van gebouwen en bepalen van de juiste constructieve aanpak - Ontwerpen en uitwerken van tijdelijke constructies (steigers, ondersteuningen, bekistingen) - Vertalen van berekeningen naar praktische, uitvoerbare tekeningen - Afstemmen met constructeurs, projectleiders en uitvoering - Voorbereiden van projecten en verzamelen van benodigde informatie - Bewaken van voortgang, planning en budget - Signaleren van risico's en vastleggen van afspraken Bedrijfsinformatie De organisatie is actief in de wereld van steigerbouw en constructieve ondersteuningen en werkt aan projecten waar geen ruimte is voor fouten.
