Als Ontwerpleider Ondergrondse Infra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en aansturen van het ontwerpproces voor complexe ondergrondse infrastructuurprojecten. Je fungeert als de cruciale schakel tussen het ontwerpteam, projectmanagement en externe stakeholders. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat ontwerpen niet alleen technisch perfect zijn, maar ook voldoen aan de wensen van de klant, binnen budget blijven en tijdig worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines, waaronder constructeurs, installatie-adviseurs en vergunningspecialisten. Je begeleidt je team door alle ontwerpfasen, van schetsontwerp tot en met uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp. Hierbij houd je rekening met aspecten als maakbaarheid, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en toekomstbestendigheid van de infrastructuur. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Leiden van het ontwerpteam en coördineren van alle ontwerpactiviteiten binnen ondergrondse infrastructuurprojecten; - Opstellen en bewaken van de ontwerpplanning en het bijbehorende budget; - Waarborgen van de technische kwaliteit en integriteit van alle ontwerpen; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, projectmanagers en andere stakeholders over ontwerpkeuzes en -voortgang; - Identificeren en beheersen van ontwerprisico's binnen het project; - Implementeren van innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen in het ontwerpproces; - Verzorgen van technische documentatie en het faciliteren van ontwerpoverleggen.
