NLwerkt Tekenaar Bouw Job Location Surhuisterveen , Netherlands Job Description Ben je op zoek naar een functie waarin je technisch tekenwerk combineert met praktische werkvoorbereiding? Bij dit bouwbedrijf in Surhuisterveen werk je aan diverse bouwprojecten en zie je direct hoe jouw werk bijdraagt aan het eindresultaat. De lijnen tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering zijn kort, waardoor je nauw samenwerkt met collega's op de bouwplaats. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider/tekenaar vorm je de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar bruikbare tekeningen en zorgt dat de uitvoering beschikt over de juiste informatie en materialen. We bieden een salaris tussen €4000 en €5500 per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Daarnaast krijg je 25 vakantiedagen plus ATV-dagen volgens de CAO. Je krijgt een fulltime dienstverband met mogelijkheden voor parttime werken. Secundaire voorwaarden zoals een auto van de zaak, telefoon, laptop en flexibele werktijden zijn bespreekbaar. We starten met een tijdelijk contract met de intentie dit om te zetten naar een vast contract. Wie zoeken wij? Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding bouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting afgerond. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met werkvoorbereiding of bouwkundig tekenwerk. Je kunt bouwkundige tekeningen lezen en uitwerken, en hebt ervaring met teken- en ontwerpsoftware. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht bij meerdere taken en communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's uit voorbereiding en uitvoering. Over ons bedrijf We zijn een nuchter bouwbedrijf dat zich bezighoudt met uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. De werksfeer is praktisch en betrokken. Collega's kennen elkaar, overleggen gemakkelijk en zoeken samen naar oplossingen. Er is ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar je staat er niet alleen voor.
