Onze klant is actief vanuit de regio’s Buggenhout, Sint-Niklaas en Hamme en maakt deel uit van een multitechnische dienstverlener. Hoewel ze zelfstandig opereren, kunnen ze voor specifieke ondersteuning en expertise beroep doen op de diensten en knowhow van het moederbedrijf. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in verwarming, sanitair en airconditioning (HVAC) en is actief als installateur en servicepartner binnen de industrie, openbare sector en particuliere markt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Tekenaar HVAC vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering:

  • Je werkt mee aan projecten binnen verwarming, sanitair en airconditioning, voor industriële, publieke en particuliere klanten.
  • Je vertaalt technische informatie naar grondplannen, hydraulische schema’s en uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Je verzorgt de technische voorbereiding met onder andere materiaalselectie, ontwerpberekeningen, prijsvergelijkingen en technische fiches.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en administratieve collega’s om ontwerp en uitvoering goed op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je stemt tijdens de uitvoering af met monteurs, techniekers, leveranciers, klanten en onderaannemers.
  • Je zorgt bij de afronding voor een correct as-built dossier.
  • Je werkt binnen een zelfstandige organisatie met korte communicatielijnen en kunt terugvallen op de expertise van een bredere multitechnische groep.

We zoeken vooral iemand met een technische basis, oog voor detail en de motivatie om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen HVAC:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met AutoCAD en/of Revit MEP; kennis van Stabicad is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt interesse in HVAC en technische installaties en bent leergierig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Zowel starters als kandidaten met 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring komen in aanmerking.
