Als Technisch Tekenaar in Zutphen werk je bouwkundige ontwerpen uit tot tekeningen waar de productie écht mee verder kan. Je houdt je bezig met maatwerk kozijnen, ramen en deuren en zorgt dat maatvoering, aansluitingen en technische details kloppen voordat het product gemaakt wordt. Je zit daarbij dicht op de praktijk. Zie je dat iets technisch niet handig is? Ontbreekt er informatie? Of kan een detail slimmer worden opgelost? Dan trek je aan de bel en zoek je samen met je collega's naar een oplossing. Geen tekenwerk om het tekenen dus. Wat jij op je scherm uitwerkt, wordt daadwerkelijk gemaakt. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt bouwkundige informatie en tekeningen binnen en vertaalt deze naar een technisch kloppend product. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de lijnen op je scherm. Past het binnen de maatvoering? Hoe sluit het straks aan op de rest van het gebouw? Kan de productie hiermee uit de voeten? Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - uitwerken van technische tekeningen voor kozijnen, ramen en deuren; - vertalen van bouwkundige tekeningen naar productietekeningen; - controleren van maatvoering en technische details; - uitwerken van aansluitingen en constructieve details; - verwerken van wijzigingen in tekeningen; - controleren of ontwerpen technisch uitvoerbaar zijn; - verzamelen van ontbrekende technische informatie; - afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding en productie; - signaleren van technische knelpunten voordat iets geproduceerd wordt; - meedenken over praktische oplossingen; - zorgen dat de productie beschikt over duid...
