In deze functie werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten in het stedelijk gebied waarbij je de projectleider ondersteunt. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een projectteam en houdt je in het begin vooral bezig met het maken van complexe civieltechnische ontwerpen met behulp van Civil-3D en Autocad, het opstellen van contracten met behulp van de RAW-systematiek of op basis van de UAV-GC en bijkomende werkzaamheden. Je werkt aan stedelijke civiele kunstwerken zoals bruggen, reconstructies van infrastructuur en kademuren, bouw- en woonrijp maken van terreinen en het (her)inrichten van openbare ruimte, bedrijventerreinen of woonwijken. Als tekenaar/ontwerper: - Ontwerp je technische tekeningen in 2D/3D - Maak je conceptontwerpen, detailtekeningen en constructietekeningen, en deze werk je vervolgens ook uit - Controleer je tekeningen van toeleveranciers - Voer je overleg net projectleiders en anderen betrokkenen over technische details - Onderhoud je contracten met leveranciers en andere organisaties - Verwerk je tekeningen - Stel je werkomschrijvingen en bestekken op Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Civiele Techniek - Minimaal 1-3 jaar vergelijkbare ervaring als ontwerper - Je hebt kennis van de trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt - Je wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen en bent ambitieus - Rijbewijs B Aanbod - Uitstekend salaris - Goede secundaire voorwaarden - Mogelijkheid tot een auto van de zaak - Mogelijkheid tot vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Professionele en gezellige werkomgeving - Vast dienstverband Bedrijfsprofiel Vacaturek...
