Wil jij meer doen dan alleen technisch tekenen? Als Tekenaar / Projectbegeleider werk je aan trappen, hekwerken en constructies voor nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Je tekent en modelleert in HiCAD, hebt contact met opdrachtgevers en begeleidt jouw projecten richting productie en montage. Je verdient tot €5.000 bruto per maand en gaat rechtstreeks in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Over het bedrijfOnze opdrachtgever is actief binnen de bouw en werkt aan trappen, hekwerken en constructies voor nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. De organisatie werkt voor onder andere bouwbedrijven en woningcorporaties en richt zich op kwaliteit en duurzaamheid.

Je komt terecht bij een groeiend bedrijf met een informele werksfeer en korte lijnen. Er is veel aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Je werkt vanuit een modern kantoor met ruime werkplekken en sta-zitbureaus. Tijdens de lunch kun je met collega's darten of poolen en regelmatig wordt de week afgesloten met een vrijdagmiddagborrel. Over de functieAls Tekenaar / Projectbegeleider ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het tekenwerk. Je begeleidt jouw projecten vanaf de overdracht vanuit commercie en blijft betrokken totdat het project richting productie en montage gaat.

Je vertaalt het ontwerp van de architect naar een technisch maakbaar ontwerp en werkt dit uit in HiCAD. Daarbij verzamel je de benodigde inmeetgegevens of ga je zelf naar locatie om in te meten.

Tijdens het project heb je regelmatig contact met de opdrachtgever. Je stemt technische zaken af, bewaakt de planning en signaleert eventuele afwijkingen of meer- en minderwerk.

Je gaat onder andere:

- Projecten doorspreken met de commerciële afdeling.

- Ontwerpen vertalen naar technisch maakbare oplossingen.

- Tekenen en modelleren in HiCAD.

- Inmeetgegevens verzamelen of zelf projecten op locatie inmeten.

- Werken volgens de BIM-methodiek.
