Wij zoeken een gedreven tekenaar/werkvoorbereider die makkelijk schakelt tussen werkplaats en klant, en energie krijgt van het maken van slimme maatwerkoplossingen. Of je nu al ervaring hebt als tekenaar, of juist de overstap wilt maken vanuit een uitvoerende technische functie - wij zorgen dat je bij ons verder groeit tot volwaardig tekenaar. Waarom jij bij onze opdrachtgever past: Je hebt oog voor detail, denkt oplossingsgericht en schakelt moeiteloos tussen 3D-tekeningen, collega's in de werkplaats en opdrachtgevers aan de telefoon. Je bent ambitieus, nieuwsgierig en niet bang om initiatief te nemen. Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt het hoofd koel - ook als het even druk is. Jij: - Bent zelfstandig, maar weet ook wanneer je moet overleggen - Hebt gevoel voor humor, blijft relaxed en communiceert makkelijk met iedereen - Krijgt energie van samenwerken en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen - Vindt het leuk om jezelf én de producten steeds een beetje beter te maken Wat neem je mee? Je hoeft niet alles al in huis te hebben - als je maar technisch onderlegd bent en de drive hebt om te leren. Idealiter heb je: - Een aantal jaren ervaring als tekenaar - Ervaring met SolidWorks (of een vergelijkbaar CAD-programma) - Kennis van staalconstructies en bijbehorende materialen Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris tussen de € 3.000,- en € 4.500,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. fulltime en afhankelijk van ervaring) - Een fijne werkplek met korte lijnen en een nuchtere sfeer - Een afwisselende functie waarin je meedenkt, tekent en schakelt - Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling - Bij een fulltime dienstverband de mogelijkheid om 1 dag thuis te werken Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit?
