Ben jij een Tekenaar Installatietechniek die graag werkt aan woningen, appartementen en utiliteitsgebouwen? Bij Otte Installaties in Sneek vertaal je technische ontwerpen naar slimme 3D-modellen in Revit en werk je samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs aan duurzame installaties. Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en zichtbare impact op projecten in Noord-Nederland. Jouw uitdaging als Tekenaar Woningbouw Zie jij een appartementencomplex, woonwijk of renovatieproject niet als een verzameling muren en ruimtes, maar als een plek waar techniek straks moet samenwerken? Dan voel jij je bij Otte Installaties thuis! Vanuit onze vestiging in Sneek werk je als Tekenaar Woningbouw aan uiteenlopende projecten in de woningbouw en af en toe utiliteit. Denk aan nieuwbouwwoningen, appartementencomplexen en renovatieprojecten waarin slimme, duurzame installaties het verschil maken voor bewoners en gebruikers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze installaties niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar straks ook buiten probleemloos gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht team waarin projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs nauw samenwerken. Jouw tekeningen vormen de basis waarop het project wordt gebouwd. Juist daarom krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken, verbeteringen aan te dragen en technische uitdagingen al in de ontwerpfase op te lossen. De werkzaamheden zijn: Je werkt installatietechnische ontwerpen uit voor woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten. Je vertaalt technische uitgangspunten naar slimme en uitvoerbare 3D-modellen in Revit. Je stemt af met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs, zodat ontwerp en uitvoering perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Je signaleert knelpunten voordat ze op de bouwplaats ontstaan en denkt actief mee over oplossingen. Je verwerkt wijzigingen en revisies, zodat de technische documentatie altijd actueel is. Je levert een zichtbare bijdrage aan projecten waar mensen straks wonen, werken en leven.

Je beschikt over mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, aantoonbaar door een diploma en/of werkervaring richting elektrotechniek, installatietechniek of soortgelijk; Je hebt ervaring als tekenaar binnen de installatietechniek; Als lid van het projectteam ben je een echte teamspeler; Je bent initiatiefrijk en creatief in het zoeken naar oplossingen; Je beschikt over humor, daadkracht en teamgeest. Jouw team Vanuit onze vestiging in Sneek bedient Otte de woningbouw-, renovatie- en particuliere markt, evenals de retailsector. Otte is een middelgroot totaalinstallatiebedrijf met opdrachtgevers als woningcorporaties, particulieren, adviesbureaus, aannemers, architecten en supermarkten. Samen realiseren we installaties voor uiteenlopende gebouwen: van woningen en scholen tot ziekenhuizen, gemeentehuizen, fabrieken, zwembaden en ijshallen.
