Locatie Mill "Tekeningen die werken, projecten die lopen " Bij Metaalbouw Vloet in Mill werk jij als Tekla Tekenaar aan maatwerkprojecten en denk je mee over slimme, praktische oplossingen. DIT GA JE DOEN Als Tekla Tekenaar maak je complete 3D-modellen en productietekeningen voor de meest uiteenlopende maatwerkprojecten in de staalindustrie. Jij kijkt verder dan alleen het tekenen: je denkt actief mee over hoe iets slimmer, praktischer en beter kan. Je schakelt met projectleiders en de chef werkplaats om tot oplossingen te komen die niet alleen technisch goed zijn, maar ook gewoon maakbaar. Daarbij houd je continu het totaalplaatje in de gaten: klopt het qua uitvoering, is het veilig, past het binnen de planning en voldoet het aan de kwaliteit die verwacht wordt? Je pakt door, denkt vooruit en vindt het leuk als een project net even wat extra creativiteit vraagt. Dat is precies waar jij het verschil maakt. DIT KRIJG JIJ - Een vaste baan voor 32 tot 40 uur per week met flexibele werktijden. - Direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. - Een goed salaris tussen de € 3.000 en € 4.500 volgens CAO Metaal en Techniek, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - Prima secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden waaronder 25 snipperdagen, 13 ATV dagen, reiskostenvergoeding en een goed pensioen. - Een fijne werksfeer en een hecht team. DIT BEN JIJ - Je hebt MBO+/HBO denk- en werkniveau. - Je hebt bouwkundig inzicht en snapt hoe staalconstructies in elkaar zitten. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Je denkt mee, bent collegiaal, positief en leergierig.
