ls verkoper sta jij in voor de sales van Telecomproducten en -diensten met het oog op het behalen van de individuele en winkeldoelstellingen. Hiernaast treed je ook op als ambassadeur van de Care diensten die in onze winkels worden aangeboden. Kortom, je zorgt voor een optimale klantenbeleving.

Een dag als Sales Advisor:

  • Je verkoopt Telecomproducten en -diensten met als doel jouw individuele doelstellingen te behalen. Je werkt mee aan het behalen van teamverkoop- en klanttevredenheidsdoelstellingen.
  • Je onderneemt de nodige acties om de maandelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen en draagt door een gepaste houding, kennis en vaardigheden bij tot het behalen van de kwantitatieve & kwalitatieve doelstelling op winkelniveau.
  • Je respecteert de door onze klant vastgelegde processen, procedures en werkmethoden.
  • Je werkt mee aan het netjes en ordelijk houden van de winkel volgens richtlijnen.

Onze ideale verkoper:

  • Je communiceert moeiteloos in het Nederlands, kennis Engels of Frans is een troef.
  • Flexibiliteit en integriteit: twee woorden die jou goed omschrijven
  • "Commercieel ingesteld en customer-obsessed" is het apparaat waar je voor leeft.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met stressvolle situaties (denk maar aan een winkel die vol loopt tijdens de solden- of kerstperiodes).
  • Daarnaast werk je georganiseerd.
  • Je bent proactief en in staat om op zoek te gaan naar de juiste oplossingen, je hebt een actieve interesse in nieuwe producten en je neemt initiatief.
  • Kennis van verkoop- en servicemethodes is een pluspunt.
  • En last but not least: je bent een echte teamspeler, kan vlot communiceren en je geeft jezelf 200% om de teamdoelstellingen te behalen.
