Als Verkoopadviseur in de telecom Shop maak je deel uit van een gedreven en dynamisch team waar hard werken en plezier hand in hand gaan.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom voelt en met een glimlach de winkel verlaat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

✅ Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en professioneel adviseren over onze telecomproducten en diensten.

✅ Luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant en op basis daarvan de beste oplossing voorstellen.

✅ Actief werken aan verkoopdoelstellingen en KPI's.

✅ Een uitstekende klantenervaring creëren en klanttevredenheid centraal stellen.

✅ Creatief meedenken over acties om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken wanneer het rustiger is in de winkel.

✅ Kansen spotten en elke klantbenadering omzetten in een commerciële opportuniteit.
