Reighnhard & Partners zoekt een communicatieve en resultaatgerichte afsprakenplanner die telefonisch contact opneemt met potentiële zakelijke klanten en kennismakingsafspraken voor ons kantoor inplant.

Deze functie start als een flexibele bijverdienste met een vergoeding per gemaakte afspraak. Bij goede resultaten en een succesvolle samenwerking bestaat er een reële mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een vaste functie met een halftijdse of voltijdse arbeidsovereenkomst.

Wat houdt de functie in?

U neemt telefonisch contact op met potentiële klanten op basis van bellijsten en contactgegevens die volledig door Reighnhard & Partners worden aangeleverd.

Tijdens het gesprek:

  • stelt u onze dienstverlening kort, duidelijk en professioneel voor;
  • peilt u naar de mogelijke behoeften en interesse van de onderneming;
  • beantwoordt u algemene vragen aan de hand van de informatie die wij u bezorgen;
  • plant u een kennismakingsgesprek in met een verantwoordelijke van Reighnhard & Partners;
  • registreert u de afspraak en relevante gespreksinformatie correct.

U hoeft zelf geen verkoop af te sluiten. Uw belangrijkste opdracht bestaat uit het leggen van een professioneel eerste contact en het inplannen van kwalitatieve afspraken met potentiële klanten.

Werkuren en beschikbaarheid

De telefonische contacten moeten plaatsvinden op werkdagen tussen 09.00 en 18.00 uur. Binnen deze uren kan uw planning flexibel worden overeengekomen.

Deze functie is daardoor bijzonder geschikt als bijverdienste voor iemand die enkele uren per week beschikbaar is en op een flexibele manier extra inkomsten wil verdienen.

In een uitgebreidere of voltijdse functie kunnen onder andere de volgende administratieve taken worden opgenomen:

  • verwerken en registreren van contact- en klantgegevens;
  • beheren van agenda’s en afspraken;
  • bijwerken van het CRM-systeem;
  • voorbereiden en opvolgen van zakelijke correspondentie;
  • administratief ondersteunen van dossiers;
  • opvolgen van reacties van prospecten en klanten;
  • ondersteunen van de dagelijkse kantoororganisatie.

De precieze functie-inhoud wordt afgestemd op uw ervaring, vaardigheden en interesses.
