Als Telefonisch Hulpverlener op de afdeling Vehicle Assistence bij Eurocross in Leiden ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in nood. Eén telefoontje naar onze 24/7 alarmcentrale is genoeg om de hulpverlening direct door jou in gang te laten zetten. In deze rol beantwoord en registreer je hulpvragen van gestrande bestuurders in Nederland en organiseer je zelfstandig de passende hulp, zoals het inschakelen van bergingsbedrijven. Je schakelt moeiteloos met leasemaatschappijen, verzekeraars en collega-alarmcentrales, neemt zelfstandig besluiten conform de polisvoorwaarden en houdt de klant en andere betrokkenen continu goed op de hoogte. Naast een vlekkeloze administratie in onze computersystemen denk je ook actief mee over het verbeteren van onze bestaande procedures. Je werkt in flexibele, onregelmatige diensten tussen 06:00 en 01:30 uur. Je kan hiervoor 7 dagen per week ingepland worden. We zoeken nieuwe collega's die voor lange termijn tussen 24 en 34 uur per week beschikbaar zijn per november. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris vanaf € 17,86 bruto per uur, hier komen onregelmatigheidstoeslagen bovenop; - Een heel leerzame functie met mogelijkheden tussen 24 en 34 uur per week; - Je wordt 6 weken van tevoren ingeroosterd; - Een uitgebreide opleiding voorafgaand aan je werkzaamheden; - Ondersteuning tijdens je werk door Kennisspecialisten, Trafficmanagers en Teamleiders; - Een mensgerichte en collegiale werkomgeving.
