- Telefonisch Hulpverlener Nachtdienst Functie-eisen Wat breng jij mee - je werkt in de nacht met een klein team, we verwachten dan ook dat je stevig in je schoenen staat en zelfstandig en initiatiefrijk bent; - je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau; (door snelheid, meer tegelijk aankunnen, schakelen). Dat kan je aantoonbaar maken met een diploma OF door eerdere werkervaring; - je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Het is een pré wanneer je ook kennis hebt van nog een extra taal, zoals: Duits, Frans, Spaans of Italiaans; - wij zijn op zoek naar hulpverleners die beluisterend, flexibel en gedreven zijn en goed kunnen coördineren. Doortastend optreden is hierbij van belang: de klant vertrouwt namelijk op jouw kundige begeleiding; - je managet de verwachtingen van de klant zodat hij/zij zich volledig kan concentreren op zijn situatie of herstel. Dat betekent dat jij je inleeft in de situatie van de klant, begrip toont én de klant ontzorgt; - je werkt in een hecht team en bent flexibel inzetbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week. Je bent bereid je vakanties zoveel mogelijk om de zomer (juli en augustus, wanneer wij ons hoogseizoen draaien) heen te plannen; - vergelijkbare ervaring is geen vereiste maar je hebt een streepje voor als je al ervaring hebt met werken in de nacht of in het buitenland of als je al minimaal 2 jaar vergelijkbaarwerk hebt gedaan. Wat bieden wij jou - Een duurzame werkrelatie met startsalaris van € 3.029,13 bruto per maand op basis van 34 uur per week; - vakantietoeslag van 8 %; - toeslagen op werktijden tussen 18:00 en 8:00; - pensioenregeling; - reiskostenvergoeding; - een tijdelijk dienstverband met intentie tot een vast dienstverband; - veel regie op het indelen van jouw rooster, zoveel mogelijk maatwerk; - goede begeleiding en maatwerken bij het inwerken en aanleren van de functie.
