Ze voeren maatschappelijke en beleidsgerichte onderzoeken uit voor onder andere de overheid. Je komt te werken op de onderzoeksafdeling waar de focus ligt op interviews met burgers. Geen standaard callcenter, maar een omgeving waar luisteren net zo belangrijk is als praten. Wat ga je doen als Telefonisch Medewerker? Jij gaat telefonisch interviews afnemen met mensen die in contact zijn geweest met de Belastingdienst, en daar maatwerkondersteuning van hebben ontvangen op basis van een vraag of probleem. In het gesprek vraag je naar hun ervaring: hielp de hulp echt? En hoe vonden ze het proces verlopen? Je voert gesprekken van zo'n 10 minuten, legt de antwoorden goed vast en probeert mensen pro-actief te bereiken als ze de eerste keer niet opnemen. Dit zullen je taken zijn: - je belt ongeveer 175 deelnemers en voert het interview; - je registreert de antwoorden nauwkeurig; - je probeert het contact actief opnieuw te leggen als iemand niet opneemt. Het werk zal flexibel in te plannen zijn verspreid over de periode 19 oktober t/m 15 november. Dit heb jij in huis Jij weet een gesprek soepel en professioneel te voeren. Je snapt hoe belangrijk het is dat mensen zich gehoord voelen en weet op de juiste momenten door te vragen.
