Samen met zes collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van alle inkomende telefoongesprekken. Je luistert aandachtig naar de vraag van de klant en verbindt deze door naar de juiste collega binnen de organisatie. Is die persoon niet direct bereikbaar? Dan zorg je voor een duidelijke terugbelnotitie. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte instelling en communicatieve vaardigheden voelt iedere klant zich gehoord en geholpen. Dagelijks verwerken jullie samen tussen de 700 en 1.200 telefoongesprekken.
