Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou! Als Telefonist(e) bij het Klant Contact Centrum van De Waal Autogroep ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Dankzij jouw vriendelijke stem en klantgerichte aanpak zorgen we ervoor dat iedere klant snel bij de juiste collega terechtkomt. Dit vind je leuk om te doen Je start de dag met een kop koffie en logt in op het telefoonsysteem. Al snel komen de eerste telefoontjes binnen. Een klant wil een showroomafspraak maken, een andere heeft een vraag over een bestelling en weer een ander wil graag een verkoopadviseur spreken. Jij luistert aandachtig, stelt de juiste vragen en verbindt de klant door naar de juiste afdeling of collega. Gedurende de dag schakel je moeiteloos tussen verschillende vestigingen, afdelingen en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat telefoongesprekken snel en professioneel worden afgehandeld en denkt mee wanneer een klant niet direct bij de juiste persoon uitkomt. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Iedere klant heeft een andere vraag en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk zo leuk. Met jouw vriendelijke uitstraling, duidelijke communicatie en servicegerichte instelling zorg je ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt bij De Waal Autogroep. - Je beschikt over mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt verzorgd Nederlands; - Je bent klantvriendelijk, servicegericht en representatief; - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig, ook wanneer het druk is; - Ervaring als telefonist(e), receptioniste of in een klantgerichte functie; - Je bent woonachtig in de regio Gorinchem; - Je bent beschikbaar op doordeweekse dagen tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur.
