Wij zoeken per direct een: Telefonist(e) / Receptionist(e) met administratief inhoudelijke taken (24 uur) Dit ga jij doen: Hou je van omgaan met mensen en afwisseling in je werk? Bij ons is geen dag hetzelfde, maar dit zijn je globale werkzaamheden: - Je neemt de telefoontjes aan en verwerkt deze - Je ontvangt bezoekers en staat ze netjes te woord - Je voorziet onze klanten van de juiste informatie (via mail, telefoon en aan de balie) - Je plant afspraken in de agenda - Je ondersteunt je collega's met diverse (lichte) administratieve werkzaamheden Dit neem jij mee: - Je bent leergierig, flexibel, integer en secuur - Je bent typevaardig en handig met telefoonverkeer en e-mail (Outlook) - Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je hebt een dienstverlenende houding en oog voor detail - Je hebt goede kennis en beheersing van Microsoft Office - Je kunt goed alleen werken, maar ook in teamverband Werken bij Notariaat Eemmeer Notariaat Eemmeer is een middelgroot en modern notariskantoor in Bunschoten-Spakenburg. Wij leveren notariële diensten op alle rechtsgebieden, met een sterk accent op onroerend goed. Ons kantoor werkt 'snel, simpel en secuur': we hebben een manier van werken waardoor wij cliënten snel en goed van dienst kunnen zijn én het werk eerlijk en realistisch kunnen verdelen onder de collega's.
