Stap binnen in de levendige wereld van interieur en klantenservice op de eerste verdieping van de ruime toonzaal bij ¿o¿nze klant in Gent. Samen met een team van circa 45 gedreven collega's vorm je het kloppende hart van ¿d¿e administratie en de klantenservice. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, schakelt vlot met leveranciers en zorgt voor een feilloze verwerking van alle dossiers. Dankzij het warme, familiale karakter en de korte beslissingslijnen voel je je vanaf dag een gewaardeerd en ondersteund. Je bouwt actief mee aan een positieve klantervaring in de gezelligste woonwinkel van Gent, waar afwisseling en fijne teamdynamiek centraal staan.

  • Je beschikt over minstens een A2-diploma in een administratieve of talgerichte richting (een bachelor is een pluspunt).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een stevige basiskennis van het Frans en Engels.¿ (Belangrijk is dat je telefonisch je plan kan trekken, hoeft niet foutloos te zijn, maar je moet het wel durven spreken!)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid, orde en organisatietalent.
  • Klantgerichte, geduldige en diplomatieke instelling.
  • Proactieve houding met de moed om initiatief te nemen onder drukke omstandigheden.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een vast twee-wekelijks rooster met weekend- en feestdagwerk (een op twee weekends en feestdagen, met vaste vrije dag op dinsdag).
  • Ingeven en nauwkeurig verwerken van orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen.
  • Klanten professioneel te woord staan bij vragen of onverwachte situaties na hun aankoop.
  • Vlot en helder communiceren met klanten, fabrikanten en leveranciers bij eventuele vertragingen.
  • Beantwoorden van de dagelijkse telefonie, opvolgen van bestellingen en verstrekken van duidelijke informatie.
  • Afwisselend een beurtrol opnemen aan de kassa en de omruilbalie.
  • Bijspringen in de verkoop op drukke momenten of tijdens het weekend.
