Bij Bonarius staan de monteurs centraal, zij vormen het hart van onze organisatie. Met een sterk team daaromheen wordt er gezorgd dat de monteurs hun werk goed kunnen doen, en dat ze elke dag met de juiste materialen aan het werk kunnen. Op het Planbureau komen dagelijks veel vragen per telefoon binnen. Als Telefonist Planbureau ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van het team. Je zorg er in deze rol voor dat vragen en verzoeken op een adequate en service gerichte manier worden behandeld. WAT GA JE DOEN - Je beantwoordt binnenkomende telefoongesprekken en zorgt voor een adequate afhandeling of opvolging. Denk hierbij aan vragen van bewoners en opdrachtgevers, maar ook interne vragen van bijvoorbeeld monteurs. - Je plant en bevestigt afspraken, en achterhaalt de status van werkbonnen. - Je schakelt met je collega's van het Projectbureau en het team Kleine Projecten om de juiste informatie te achterhalen. - Kortom, met jouw servicegerichte instelling zorg je voor een tevreden klant. WAT BIEDEN WIJ - Werken in een leuk en collegiaal team. - Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. - Een salaris tussen € 3.250,- en € 4.196, bruto per maand (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). - Goed pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder 38 verlofdagen (25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV dagen) en een collectieve pensioenregeling. - Een werkomgeving waar we de lat hoog leggen als het gaat om kwaliteit. - Samen elke dag weer een prestatie neerzetten!
