We zorgen dan ook goed voor onze medewerkers. - Je kan reken op een goed salaris €2893 tot 3520 (inschaling schaal D conform cao beroepsgoederenvervoer, afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en/of ervaring); - Je komt te werken in een professionele omgeving, waarin collegialiteit en samenwerken voorop staan; - Je krijgt volop ruimte om je werkzaamheden zo goed en prettig mogelijk te kunnen uitvoeren; - Je ruime en comfortabele werkplek, waar jij je werk goed kunt uitvoeren! - Extra fysio nodig? Je ontvangt tot maximaal €250,- per jaar bij niet verzekerde fysiokosten. Verder organiseren we regelmatig supergezellige teamuitjes! Nog geen ervaring als telefoniste of receptioniste? Je dagelijkse bezigheden zijn o.a: - Je ontvangt gasten en voer je diverse administratieve werkzaamheden uit. - Je hebt veelvuldig contact met collega's omdat je je bezighoudt met de uitgifte van kleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. - Je ondersteunt de financiële afdeling met het verwerken van facturen, mutaties in het inkoopsysteem en het plaatsen van diverse bestellingen. In deze functie werk je in een klein en betrokken team waarin we elkaar helpen. Samen met 4 collega's ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en relaties. Zowel telefonisch als persoonlijk en in meerdere talen (Nederlands, Engels en Duits). Omdat jij het eerste contact bent met onze organisatie, draag je direct bij aan hoe mensen ons bedrijf ervaren.
