Die begint vaak aan de telefoon. Als Telefoniste bij Pouw Zwolle ben jij de eerste stem die klanten horen. Of iemand nu belt voor een werkplaatsafspraak, een verkoopvraag of een onderdeel: jij luistert goed, schakelt snel en zorgt dat de klant bij de juiste collega terechtkomt. Je werkt op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag. Daarnaast ben je bereid om periodiek, in overleg, op zaterdag te werken. Zo weet je ruim van tevoren waar je aan toe bent. Dit ga je doen Als Telefoniste zorg jij dat telefoontjes goed binnenkomen en netjes worden opgepakt. Je hebt contact met klanten voor Pouw Zwolle en andere Pouw-vestigingen. - neemt inkomende telefoongesprekken aan; - verbindt klanten door naar de juiste collega of afdeling; - helpt klanten waar mogelijk direct zelf verder; - noteert terugbelverzoeken duidelijk en volledig; - ondersteunt met kleine administratieve werkzaamheden; - springt bij waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij afwezigheid van collega's; - zorgt voor een vriendelijke en professionele eerste indruk.
