30 Stunden 4-Tage-Woche Montag bis Donnerstag 4400 Steyr € 2200,- Brutto

Du hast in der Gastronomie nicht nur serviert, sondern jeden Tag aktiv verkauft.

Ob Aperitif, eine weitere Getränkerunde, ein besserer Wein, eine zusätzliche Beilage oder ein Dessert: Du hast gelernt, den passenden Moment zu erkennen, überzeugend zu argumentieren und gezielt Zusatzverkäufe zu erzielen.

Gleichzeitig kannst du höflich und professionell mit unterschiedlichen Menschen sprechen, reagierst schnell auf unerwartete Situationen und lässt dich auch von schwierigen Gesprächspartner_innen nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe bringen.

Genau diese Fähigkeiten sind im Telefonverkauf wertvoll. Viele unserer erfolgreichsten Verkäufer_innen kommen ursprünglich aus der Gastronomie. Sie nutzen bei uns ihre Kommunikationsstärke, ihre Schlagfertigkeit, ihr Gespür für Menschen und ihre Erfahrung im aktiven Verkauf, jedoch mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten, freien Abenden und freien Wochenenden.

Worum es bei dieser Stelle geht

Wir sind eine etablierte Werbeagentur und verkaufen Werbeinserate für österreichische Vereinsmagazine.

Der Schwerpunkt dieser Position liegt klar auf dem direkten telefonischen Verkauf. Du kontaktierst österreichische Unternehmen, führst die Gespräche zielgerichtet, gehst sicher mit Einwänden um und arbeitest auf eine konkrete Kaufentscheidung direkt im Telefonat hin.

Es handelt sich nicht um klassische Kundenberatung/Kundenbetreuung. Gesucht wird eine Person, die gerne aktiv verkauft und Freude daran hat, Gespräche erfolgreich abzuschließen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Aktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit österreichischen Unternehmen

* Verkauf von Werbeinseraten für unsere Vereinsmagazine

* Freundliche, verbindliche und zielgerichtete Führung der Verkaufsgespräche

* Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Rückfragen und Einwänden

* Auch bei anfänglicher Zurückhaltung überzeugend im Gespräch bleiben

* Verkaufsgespräche bis zu einer klaren Entscheidung führen

* Abschlüsse direkt im Telefonat erzielen

Was du aus der Gastronomie bereits mitbringst

* Du kannst offen und professionell mit fremden Menschen sprechen

* Du hast Erfahrung im aktiven Verkauf und Zusatzverkauf

* Du erkennst, wann und wie du ein Angebot erfolgreich platzieren kannst

* Du findest auch spontan die passenden Worte

* Du bleibst freundlich und sicher, selbst wenn dein Gegenüber schwierig reagiert

* Du lässt dich von einem Nein nicht sofort entmutigen

* Du kannst mit Druck umgehen und behältst dein Ziel im Blick

* Du hast ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Menschen und Gesprächssituationen

Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Entscheidend ist, dass du verkaufen möchtest, gerne Menschen überzeugst und Freude an konkreten Abschlüssen hast.

Zusätzlich benötigst du der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer.
