Als telemarketeer b2b speel je een belangrijke rol in het plannen van waardevolle afspraken voor onze opdrachtgevers. Je werkt in een hybride omgeving, deels vanuit huis en deels op ons kantoor in Apeldoorn, en krijgt volop ruimte om je commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oplossingsgerichte instelling maak je het verschil in ons team. Wat ga je doen: - Voeren van inhoudelijke gesprekken met prospects namens verschillende zakelijke opdrachtgevers en achterhalen van hun behoeften. - Plannen van afspraken in de agenda van de accountmanager, afgestemd op de behoeften van de prospect. - Nauwkeurig vastleggen van alle besproken informatie in ons belsysteem. - Werken vanuit duidelijke briefings van de projectmanager om goed voorbereid aan de slag te gaan. - Oplossingsgericht overtuigen van prospects op basis van inhoud, zonder snelle verkooppraatjes. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris van €17 per uur. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een parttime functie van 20 tot 32 uur per week. - Hybride werken: deels thuis en deels op kantoor in Apeldoorn. - Flexibele werktijden die in overleg worden afgestemd. - Uitgebreid inwerktraject en regelmatige coaching om je professionele groei te ondersteunen.
