Als Telesales Medewerker werk je op het commerciële project voor Roularta en voer je dagelijks telefonische verkoopgesprekken met klanten en prospecten.

  • Je neemt telefonisch contact op met klanten en prospecten.
  • Je brengt tijdens het gesprek hun behoeften en commerciële opportuniteiten in kaart.
  • Je stelt het aanbod helder en overtuigend voor, afgestemd op de klant.
  • Je bouwt snel een goede connectie op aan de telefoon en speelt in op wat de klant nodig heeft.
  • Je behandelt bezwaren en houdt het gesprek doelgericht, ook wanneer je weerstand krijgt.
  • Je volgt je resultaten op, werkt actief naar je targets toe en zoekt naar manieren om je aanpak te verbeteren.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van telesales medewerker zoeken we iemand met de volgende vereisten.

  • Je hebt ervaring in sales, of je brengt een sterke commerciële aanleg mee
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel aan de telefoon
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid, werkt graag naar resultaten toe en bent bereid om je verkoopskills verder te ontwikkelen
