Um den telefonischen Kontakt zu unseren Auftraggeber_innen bestmöglich zu pflegen, wünschen wir uns Ihre Unterstützung. Das Ziel dieser Position ist die Betreuung unserer Kund_innen am Telefon, Terminvereinbarungen für unser Vertriebsteam und proaktives Einholen von Informationen.

IHRE AUFGABEN SIND * Aktive Outbound Calls zur Vereinbarung von Terminen für das Coface Vertriebsteam * Kampagnengestützte Outbound Calls zur Durchführung von Bedarfserhebungen * Nachfassen von Einladungen zu Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen * Fokus auf B2B * Pflege des CRM-Systems

IHR PROFIL * Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (z.B. Outbound-Call Center) * Sie bringen ein Grundverständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit * Die Verwendung von Datenbanken und der gängigen Microsoft Office Programme ist für Sie selbstverständlich * Sie kommunizieren in Deutsch routiniert. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil * Freude und Begeisterung am proaktiven Telefonieren sowie Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung * Kund_innen und Prospects überzeugen Sie durch ihre freundliche Art

DAS BIETEN WIR Wir bieten eine attraktive Home-Office-Lösung mit Gleitzeitmodell.

Für unsere ausgeschriebene Position bieten wir ein Bruttojahresgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis von € 42.000,00 - € 49.000,00 (die Einstufung erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Innendienstes der Versicherungsunternehmen Verwendungsgruppe III). Neben einem attraktiven Grundgehalt bieten wir eine Provisionsvereinbarung sowie leistungsbezogene Prämien. Diese orientieren sich an der Qualität und Anzahl vereinbarter Termine und belohnen überdurchschnittliche Ergebnisse. Selbstverständlich sind wir bereit, Ihre berufliche Qualifikation und Erfahrung im Rahmen einer Überzahlung entsprechend zu berücksichtigen.
