Als (tele)secretariaatsmedewerk(st)er beantwoord je oproepen voor, van en in naam van andere bedrijven. Je noteert de boodschap zorgvuldig en rapporteert die aan de bevoegde contactpersoon. Sommige oproepen verbind je ook door met medewerkers van het bedrijf zelf.

Onze klanten zijn actief in uiteenlopende sectoren waar telefonische bereikbaarheid cruciaal is: dierenartsen, artsen en specialisten, advocaten, wegeniswerkers, takeldiensten en begrafenisondernemers. Voor deze organisaties is de telefonische instroom van cliënten en opdrachten essentieel — en in sommige situaties zelfs van direct belang voor mens en dier.

Voor verschillende klanten beheren we daarnaast een (online) agenda. Je plant afspraken in volgens hun richtlijnen en houdt daarbij rekening met urgenties, prioriteiten en praktische afspraken per klant.

Je helpt ook mee om noodlijnen te bemannen en zorgt ervoor dat elke oproep onmiddellijk wordt opgevolgd.

Je bent dus als het ware de telefoniste van tientallen bedrijven tegelijk.

Je werkpost bestaat uit een computer en een aangepast telefoontoestel.

Je werkt 100 % van thuis, behoudens tijdens de initiële opleiding die afhankelijk van je eigen leervermogen 1 tot 3 maanden duurt. Tijdens deze opleiding verwachten we je in Aalst.

  • Je bent onmiddelijk beschikbaar en hebt geen vakantie meer gepland.
  • Er zijn geen specifieke studievereisten, maar je communiceert vlot en professioneel in algemeen Nederlands (dus geen dialect), Frans en Engels (mondeling).
  • Je kan je ook correct schriftelijk uitdrukken in het Nederlands (bv. berichten noteren, korte mails of rapportages).
  • Je beheerst basisvaardigheden op de computer: copy-paste, zoeken, programma’s openen, eenvoudige online zoekacties, en vlot navigeren op websites en in webapplicaties.
  • Je typt vlot en nauwkeurig (blind typen is een plus, maar geen vereiste).
  • Je bent empathisch en klantgericht, maar blijft correct en duidelijk in je communicatie — ook wanneer iemand gehaast, emotioneel of ongeduldig is.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende klanten, contexten en prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en discreet: je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen: creatief en assertief in het zoeken naar oplossingen binnen de afgesproken richtlijnen.
  • In het kader van het thuiswerk beschik je over een een rustige werkomgeving en een breedband-internetverbinding (min. 50 mbps up- en downstream).
  • Pluspunt: je spreekt bijkomende talen, zoals Turks, Arabisch (Darija/Marokkaans dialect) en/of Berbers (Tamazight).
