Jouw functie

Als Televerkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch contacteren van bestaande en voormalige abonnees van bekende weekbladen en magazines.

Jouw taken:

  • Telefonisch contacteren van particuliere en zakelijke klanten
  • Verkopen van herabonnementen voor bekende weekbladen en magazines
  • Luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant en een passend voorstel doen
  • Werken met voornamelijk warme prospectielijsten
  • Correct registreren van gesprekken en resultaten
  • Administratieve opvolging van jouw dossiers
  • Bijdragen aan verschillende commerciële projecten

Je werkt steeds tijdens de kantooruren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Must-haves

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
  • Je voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon en legt gemakkelijk contact met mensen
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en haalt energie uit het behalen van resultaten
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van MS Office

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring als call agent, televerkoper, customer service medewerker of commercieel medewerker
  • Ervaring met telefonische verkoop of klantencontact
