APK Group is op zoek naar een Tender Coördinator / Tender Support Officer die mee instaat voor het opvolgen en ondersteunen van aanbestedingsdossiers binnen de Belgische infrastructuursector.

We zoeken geen doorwinterde tenderspecialist, maar iemand die structuur brengt, snel leert en wil doorgroeien in tendering. Je krijgt de kans om geleidelijk kennis op te bouwen rond aanbestedingen en tendering, onder begeleiding van een ervaren senior tender manager.

In deze functie ondersteun je de tenderwerking van A tot Z. Je volgt nieuwe aanbestedingen op, brengt structuur in de instroom van dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat informatie tijdig en volledig wordt verzameld. Je bereidt administratief de tenderdossiers voor, ondersteunt bij rapportering en neemt — afhankelijk van je ervaring — ook eenvoudigere dossiers mee in opvolging. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de senior tender manager, de tenderafdeling en de operationele teams. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en praktische ingesteldheid verlopen dossiers vlotter en kunnen projecten correct worden voorbereid en overgedragen.

Voor deze functie nemen we zowel junior profielen als kandidaten met een eerste ervaring in tendering, projectadministratie of technische ondersteuning in aanmerking.

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van nieuw gepubliceerde aanbestedingen in platformen
  • Uitvoeren van eerste screening van mogelijk interessante dossiers
  • Analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, waaronder bestekken, plannen, meetstaten en projectdossiers
  • Administratief voorbereiden en samenstellen van aanbestedingsdocumenten, waaronder het verzamelen van gegevens voor offertes, referenties en interne adviezen over risico’s die de kostprijs of haalbaarheid van een project kunnen beïnvloeden
  • Overleggen met de verantwoordelijken vóór de indiening van de aanbesteding
  • Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, volg je dossiers zelfstandig op na de interne opleiding
  • Opmaken van rapporteringen over lopende aanbestedingen en het tenderoverzicht up-to-date houden
  • Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van toegewezen projecten naar de aankoop- en uitvoeringsteams
  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door ervaring
  • Ervaring met aanbestedingen, kostprijsberekeningen of tendering is een troef, maar geen must
  • Ervaring binnen infrastructuurwerken, grondwerken of energiegerelateerde werkzaamheden is een pluspunt.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent ondernemend en resultaatgericht
  • Je kan beslissingen nemen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans en kan je uitdrukken in de andere landstaal
  • Kennis van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt.
